This policy describes what this website does with information about the people who visit it. It is written to match how the site actually behaves. If the site changes, this page changes with it.

This site has no contact forms, no newsletter signup, no account system and no login. It does not ask you to type anything, and there is nowhere on it for you to submit personal information.
It sets no advertising or retargeting cookies. It does not use session recording or heat mapping. It does not sell, rent or share personal information, because it does not collect any through the site.
One item, named __pb_sid, is written to your browser's session
storage by PageBuilder, the platform this site is built on. Session storage is
cleared by your browser when you close the tab. It is not a cookie and it is not
readable by other websites.
One cookie, named __pb_vid, is set by PageBuilder when a page loads.
It holds a randomly generated identifier, not a name or an email address, and it
lets PageBuilder recognise a returning browser so that repeat visits are not
counted as new ones. It expires about a year after it is set, it is marked
httpOnly and secure, and it cannot be read by other
websites or by scripts running in the page. Clearing your browser's cookies
removes it.
This site is served through Cloudflare, and pages load Cloudflare Web Analytics. That service records aggregate visit data such as page URL, referring page, approximate country, browser and device type, and page performance timings. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not fingerprint individual visitors.
PageBuilder records its own page-view data as well. When a page loads it sends a
request to /api/track on this domain, which is what sets the
__pb_vid cookie described above. This is first-party: the data stays
with the platform that hosts the site and is not shared with an advertising
network.
As with any website, the hosting infrastructure processes your IP address in order to deliver the page to you and to protect the site from abuse.
We use this data to understand which pages are read and whether the site is fast enough. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors from it.
The email addresses on this site open your own mail application. Nothing is sent through this website. When you write to us, we receive whatever you choose to put in that message, and we keep it for as long as it takes to handle your inquiry and to maintain a reasonable business record of it.
We use it to reply to you and for nothing else. We do not add correspondents to a marketing list.
This site links to Imperium Strategies Group Inc, which is a separate company with its own website and its own privacy practices. Once you follow a link away from here, this policy no longer applies. Read theirs.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information a business has collected about them, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Visitors elsewhere may have similar rights under their own local law.
In practice, the only personal information we are likely to hold about you is an email you sent us. Write to the address below and we will tell you what we have or delete it.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
This site is aimed at businesses and investors. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If the site starts doing something this page does not describe, such as adding a contact form or an embedded map, this page gets updated at the same time. The date at the top is the date it was last reviewed.
