This website is published by Universal Strategic, a holding company with an office in Sun City, California. Where these terms say "we" or "us", they mean that company. Where they say "you", they mean anyone using this website.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not, the remedy is to stop using it.
Universal Strategic is a holding company. It does not hold a contractor licence, does not perform construction, does not bid work, does not employ construction crews and does not enter into construction contracts.
Construction described on this site is performed by Imperium Strategies Group Inc, a licensed California general contractor holding CA GC #1149729, which is a separate legal entity. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer to perform construction services by the parent company, or as a representation that the parent company is licensed to do so.
This site describes what the group does and how it works. It is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, and it is not investment, legal, tax or financial advice. It is not an offer to acquire any business or to enter into any transaction.
Any partnership, acquisition or investment would be governed entirely by separately negotiated written agreements. Until such an agreement is signed by both parties, nothing on this site and no conversation arising from it creates any obligation on either side.
If you engage the operating company for construction work, that relationship is governed by the contract you sign with that company. Nothing on this website adds to, varies or overrides that contract, and nothing here is a warranty about any particular project, price or schedule.
We try to keep this site accurate and current, and we correct it when we find it is not. We do not guarantee that every page is complete or up to date at the moment you read it. Licence status, company details and service areas should be confirmed directly with us or with the relevant licensing authority rather than relied on from a web page.
Client statements published on this site describe those clients' own experience on their own projects. They are not a prediction or guarantee of any outcome on yours.
The text, layout and design of this site belong to us. You may read it, link to it, and quote reasonable extracts with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale to represent another business.
