The register
A register is a list of what a holding company actually owns. It is not a list of ambitions, and it is not a list of partners. Everything below is an entity that exists, with the licence it holds and the work it does.
The register is short, and it is short on purpose. A holding company that lists five entities and operates one is describing an ambition rather than a group. This page is built to hold more rows and will get them when there are more to hold.
Imperium is a licensed California general contractor operating in Riverside County and across the Inland Empire. It holds CA GC #1149729. It is veteran owned. Every contract is signed by Imperium, every crew works under Imperium's licence, and every client relationship belongs to Imperium.
New construction
Ground-up residential work, taken from permit through to final walkthrough.
Accessory dwelling units
Detached and attached ADUs, the category California policy has spent a decade opening up.
Remodeling
Kitchens, baths and whole-home renovation, including work on occupied properties.
Outdoor living
Hardscape, structures and the exterior work that carries a Southern California property.
Financing is available to Imperium's clients, arranged through the operating company rather than the parent.
Universal Strategic does not hold a contractor licence, does not bid work, does not employ crews and does not sign construction contracts. It holds the operating company, supports it, and is accountable for the structure around it. If you need a contractor, you need Imperium. If you are an operator or an investor thinking about the structure itself, this is the right address.
That distinction is not a technicality. A parent that blurs it is either confused about what it is or hoping you will be.
An operating business joining the group keeps its licence, its name and its crews. What changes is what sits underneath it.
